Paint Returns
We do not allow the returns of Paints. Please purchase a tester pot before ordering larger size paints.
General Returns
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
Faulty items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Clothing : Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You will need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on the order sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your order sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description fo the items you are returning.

The item returned is expected to be in its original packaging and condition fit for re-sale. All returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge fees for original postage costs & repackaging if the product is returned due to the customer changing their mind.
Item Damages
Every item we send out is checked for damages and faults prior to dispatch and we use a professional courier service to ensure our packages are not damaged in transit. We recommend checking the item for damages upon arrival before signing for the package as once the package is signed for we will not accept any claims for damages. Our suggestion is to open and check the parcel to ensure there is no damages, once happy sign for the parcel, our courier service does not mind waiting so please don’t feel bad as its protecting you!
If an item is damaged in transit please do not sign for the pacel and notify us within 1 working day with your order number and photo evidence.
Order Errors
if an order has been made in error this item must be returned at the customers expense.
Josefina Online has the right to make changes to our returns policy at any time.

We are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. In the event of any damage upon delivery, please report it within 24 hours with photographic evidence for our assessment and resolution.
If you need to cancel your furniture order after purchase but before delivery, please do so before the order is confirmed as in production to avoid forfeiting your 50% deposit charge. This is because once production has started on your custom piece, it is not possible to rework or resell the item. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us by emailing..

In the event of a cancellation after production has commenced, your deposit will no longer be eligible for a refund in order to offset the expenses incurred for materials and other related costs.
